Product Description
The WQ type waste water submersible electric pump (hereinafter referred to as electric pump) consists of three parts: a pump, a seal, and a motor. The motor is located at the upper part of the electric pump and is divided into single- and three-phase asynchronous motors. A single-sided mechanical seal is used between the pump and the motor, and "O"-shaped oil-resistant rubber and corrosion- rubber sealing rings are used for static sealing at each fixed stopper. The mechanical seal at key positions uses the company's patented anti-mud and sand mechanical seal material. shaft is made of superalloy or stainless steel to ensure reliable strength and certain corrosion resistance.
This series of submersible pumps are processed from materials with a reasonable, and have the advantages of small size, light weight, easy to use, low energy consumption, and convenient to use. It is suitable for general corrosive liquids without solid particles and the pump body material can work within the temperature range of -5ºC-50ºC. These advantages are incomparable to metal pumps.
This pump is widely used in, chemical, pesticide, dye, pharmaceutical, electroplating, environmental protection, printing and dyeing, aquaculture, and water treatment industries. It is an ideal equipment transporting volatile, toxic, rare, precious, and various corrosive liquids and other media. It is also an ideal equipment for pumping mud, slurry, urine and feces, and solid particles such as short fibers, paper scraps, mud, and sand, as well as rural drainage and irrigation, and river and pond dredging
Use Conditions and Precautions
The electric pump should be able to work continuously and normally under the following use conditions:
1. The medium temperature should not exceed 5ºC (ordinary motor). The density is 1.0-1.3 kg/m*, and the PH value is between 3~14.
2 It can transport seawater, chemical liquids, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, strong alkali, oxidizing agents, and other media.
